Each item at Fred & the Squirrel is carefully sourced from different creators and makers, so shipping times and methods may vary. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order details.

We’ll work with the supplier to resolve it quickly. Return costs are at the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
